About this role
Drive commercial growth for adhesives in the Energy and Data market by combining technical application expertise with consultative selling. Focus on hunting new business and expanding within Energy Storage systems for Data Centers while managing pipelines, forecasting, and customer technical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and grow a portfolio of target market accounts by promoting high performance adhesives and dispensing equipment
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
- Develop and execute an annual pipeline plan aligning with revenue, margin, and volume goals
- Utilize Salesforce.com CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and logging activity tracking
- Lead customer technical trials and diagnose/resolve application issues
