About this role
Technical Sales & Support Specialist combines sales and technical support to help customers understand and utilize Moisture Sensor Technology, build relationships, and drive revenue through training and product demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to support both sales and technical troubleshooting of moisture sensor systems
- Learn and explain how near-infrared sensing applies to different industries
- Create quotes, respond to technical questions, and build relationships
- Travel with the sales team for training, customer visits, and demos
- Coordinate internally with engineering, production, and sales
Technical Overview
Role blends sales with hands-on technical support, installation questions, and calibration; requires CRM use (Zoho) and comfort with travel and customer-facing activities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level technical sales professional with 3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, a technical mindset, and experience with near-infrared moisture sensors. They should be capable of educating customers, creating quotes, performing product demos, and traveling to customer sites and trade shows.
