Key Responsibilities

Implement lean manufacturing processes using the 5S method
Ensure quality assurance and safety protocol compliance
Oversee schedule adherence and service center efficiency
Track and analyze shop performance metrics (LUE, Billing Efficiency, Productivity, schedule adherence) and implement corrective actions
Supervise technicians and resolve post-delivery/customer follow-up issues
