Technical Support Engineer for Insight Global; onsite at a client facility in Hillsboro, OR, delivering white-glove hardware/software support, imaging, inventory management, and onboarding/training.

  • Imaging laptops/desktops via PXE boot and SCCM
  • Maintain inventory with Lansweeper and manage offboarding
  • Provide remote Bomgar support
  • Configure Apple laptops with Office and VPN
  • Manage Active Directory OUs and security groups

Hands-on to manage imaging and deployment using PXE/SCCM; asset management with Lansweeper; remote support via Bomgar; VPN and security tooling (SecurID, GlobalProtect); PowerShell scripting and orchestration with System Center Orchestrator; Active Directory and Office 365 administration.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on onsite support specialist with strong imaging and deployment experience (PXE/SCCM), asset management (Lansweeper), and VPN access management. They excel in customer service, can work in a fast-paced onsite environment, and communicate effectively with multiple teams.
