Technical support representative providing remote network troubleshooting and dispatch support for telecom customers, leveraging multi-vendor knowledge to maintain reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Be available for inbound customer requests and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor and manage incidents in ticketing system
- Coordinate field maintenance with engineers and vendors
- Notify customers of outages and upgrades
- Document processes and outages
Technical Overview
Hands-on networking with Cisco/Cambien/Calix/Juniper gear; uses telnet, RDP, traceroute, and ping; understands data flow in networks; supports wireless and fiber services.
