About this role
Lovibond seeks a Technical Support Representative I to be the first point of contact for customer technical support, providing product and application troubleshooting for Lovibond instruments while ensuring excellent service and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries; Troubleshoot instruments and software; Conduct post-sale product training; Document interactions in CRM; Manage repairs, returns, warranties, and instrument registrations
Technical Overview
Support includes troubleshooting instruments, software, data, and chemistry-related issues; manage repair quotes, warranties, instrument registrations, and document support trends.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technically adept customer support professional with 2+ years in customer service or tech support, a science or engineering background, and strong CRM/Microsoft Office skills. They should be able to troubleshoot instrumentation and chemistry-related issues, document effectively, and communicate with multilingual stakeholders.
