About this role
On-site technical support specialist responsible for Windows/macOS endpoints, AD, and ITSM tooling. Supports DJJ staff with hardware, software, and training-related needs while maintaining documentation and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for Windows and Mac; resolve incidents and service requests; deploy and support desktops and mobile devices; manage user accounts in Active Directory; document incidents and solutions in ticketing system
Technical Overview
Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, AD, ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy), Intune, imaging/deployment, VPN, and remote desktop tools; LMS involvement for training compliance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an on-site IT support specialist with at least 3 years of IT helpdesk/office management experience. They should be proficient with Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy), and have strong customer service and documentation skills.
