About this role
Technical Systems Trainer to support users through onboarding and training; mix of on-site and virtual sessions; responsible for configuring systems and data migration and post-implementation support; create training materials and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and system training for new users, including on-site and virtual sessions
- Configure systems, support data migration, and assist with initial hardware setup
- Provide ongoing training and post-implementation support to ensure best-practice system usage
- Manage and support help desk ticket workflows in coordination with a distributed support team
- Develop and execute training strategies to improve system adoption and user proficiency
