Key Responsibilities

Manage and complete technical communication projects in accord with software development schedules
Partner with product owners and development teams to stay informed of product development strategies across multiple products to identify activities that impact product functionality
Demonstrate proficiency with MadCap Flare, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite
Follow established department writing standards and guidelines
Submit documentation for standards editing and subject matter expert feedback
