The ideal candidate is a seasoned technical writer with 5+ years’ experience, proficient in Paligo, Jira, and Confluence, and skilled in creating knowledge bases, training content, and LMS materials. They can translate complex technical information into clear documentation while collaborating across teams in a remote, time-zone constrained environment.

Must-Have Skills
