Senior governance lead responsible for enterprisewide governance of Technology Asset Management and CMDB. Defines standards, policies, and controls across the technology lifecycle and ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance, and risk transparency, with ServiceNow CMDB as a focal point.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise governance frameworks for Technology Asset Management and CMDB
  • Define and enforce standards, policies, and control requirements across the technology lifecycle
  • Design and execute preventive and detective controls aligned to SOX, NYDFS, NIST, and internal risk frameworks
  • Establish and monitor enterprise data quality KPIs, scorecards, and thresholds
  • Serve as governance owner for ServiceNow CMDB and provide audit-ready documentation

Technical Overview

Focus on enterprise asset governance, CMDB data quality, and regulatory controls (SOX/NYDFS/NIST/ISO). Deep experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM and ITSM processes; governance documentation and executive reporting are key deliverables.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior governance lead with enterprise-scale Technology Asset Management and CMDB experience, ServiceNow CMDB expertise, and strong knowledge of SOX/NYDFS/NIST. They should be able to drive governance standards, measure data quality, and communicate effectively with executives.
