Technology Equipment Technician II supporting corporate reuse, focusing on disposition and refurbishment of technology assets with ServiceNow and HP qualifications, and coordinating vendor interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Technology management and engineers on disposition of equipment
Manage Service Now orders and tickets
Coordinate discovery, transport, and evaluation of unused equipment
Refurbish salvageable items
Produce daily inventory reports and assist in sales

Asset disposition, hardware refurbishment, system configuration, and ITSM processes; strong vendor coordination and on-site execution.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT hardware technician with 4+ years of higher education and hands-on experience in hardware refurbishment, asset disposition, and ITSM processes, including ServiceNow and HP qualifications. They should be able to manage vendor coordination, system configuration, and client engagement on-site at Cheektowaga.
