Technology Manager leading CX and Digital Contracting capabilities in a regulated healthcare environment. Responsible for technology strategy, architecture, engineering delivery, and operations across Digital Contracting and Customer Self Service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy and delivery for Digital Contracting and self-service CX
- Lead engineering, architecture, and operations for Digital Contracting platforms
- Drive AI/ML initiatives including Conversational AI, LLM/RAG
- Lead, coach, and develop engineering organization
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, SLAs, and budgets for CX tech
Technical Overview
Focus on API-first, event-driven microservices architecture, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, cloud platforms, and AI/ML implementations (LLMs/RAG) with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GxP, SOX, GDPR). Integrates with SAP Commerce, SAP Hybris, Model N.

The ideal candidate is a senior technology leader with 8+ years building and delivering CX and digital contracting platforms in regulated healthcare environments, proficient with Model N and SAP Commerce. They should excel at translating business priorities into technical roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and balancing innovation with compliance.
