About this role

Technology Practice Leader leads the benefits technology practice, supporting the distribution team and enabling digital as a product. The role focuses on partnerships with brokers and third-party tech providers and driving adoption of digital integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-depth technical and operational benefits technology expertise
Advise Guardian's Group Sales Representatives & Client Managers
Support rollout of new benefits technology programs
Develop relationships with technology centers and top brokers
Promote Guardian capabilities and integrated service models

Technical Overview

Includes technology platforms for benefits, Agile project delivery, PMO governance, and stakeholder alignment across Guardian's distribution network.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a technology practice leader with 3+ years in distribution/benefits tech, fluent in stakeholder management, and capable of promoting digital benefits as a product. They should have experience coordinating across brokers, sales teams, and technology partners with a strong Agile/PMO background.

Must-Have Skills
