This IT role supports hotel and casino staff by troubleshooting and repairing end user technology, networked peripherals, and networking hardware. It also involves installing and maintaining systems and providing training on new hardware and software.

The technician will install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user technology and networking hardware. Core platform knowledge includes Microsoft Windows Server, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Windows 7 and Windows 10, Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, and Remote Desktop setup.

The ideal candidate is a Technology Service Technician with strong hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support in a hospitality or similar environment. They are comfortable with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems, including Windows 7/10, and have knowledge of network protocols and Remote Desktop setup.
