About this role
Berkeley Preparatory School seeks a Technology Support Specialist to provide daily technical assistance to students, faculty, and staff, maintain network and endpoint infrastructure, and manage Apple devices via JAMF in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional relationships and provide user support
- Manage JMAM MDM and Apple devices
- Troubleshoot network/wireless issues
- Install/configure peripherals and AV equipment
- Document configurations and ticketing records
Technical Overview
Endpoint support across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux with JAMF MDM; wireless networking and AV equipment management; cross-functional collaboration for network upgrades; documentation and ticketing workflows.
