Technology Support Specialist providing desk-side and remote IT support for a Miami-based law firm, with emphasis on Windows/macOS, imaging, and AV conference support.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with ACD system and IT Help Desk ticketing to resolve or escalate issues per SLA
- Administer desk-side support including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and AV arrangements
- Provide desktop imaging and support for mobile devices
- Maintain IT policies and procedures
