About this role
Technology Support Specialist provides desk-side and remote IT support for a Miami-based law firm, handling imaging, application support, and ticketing for a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with ACD system and monitor the IT Help Desk ticketing system
- Administer desk-side technical support including troubleshooting hardware and software
- Coordinate day-to-day operational IT activities including new hire setup and conference support
- Provide basic desktop application support and imaging
- Promote adherence to policies and procedures

Supports Microsoft 365 and macOS environments; uses ACD and IT Help Desk ticketing systems; handles imaging, drivers, and mobile devices.
