About this role
Provide end-user IT support for firm-approved applications and hardware, performing troubleshooting and installation tasks in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user assistance for firm-approved applications via various methods
- Troubleshoot hardware, systems, and applications
- Set up and configure desktop and notebook computers and printers
- Coordinate with Technology department for installations, training, and support
- Maintain/repair PCs and peripheral hardware
Technical Overview
Supports desktop environments with Remote Desktop Services and VPN; utilizes tools like iManage, ChangePro, and other end-user applications; focuses on hardware/software troubleshooting and user training.
