Quality Carriers is seeking a Temp Project Manager to lead the technological evolution of its payroll function, maximizing ROI of UKG Pro. The role bridges Payroll, IT, and UKG partners, while also performing day-to-day payroll processing and delivering workflow and integration improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing within UKG Pro
- Assess UKG configuration and eliminate manual "shadow" processes
- Design and implement UKG workflows
- Partner with internal IT and UKG technical consultants for API integrations and file feeds
- Lead payroll projects end-to-end including UAT and post-go-live support

This role centers on UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) payroll processing, deep configuration knowledge, and reporting (Business Intelligence). It includes designing and deploying API integrations and file feeds, running UAT, documenting current vs future requirements, and managing post-go-live support.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level payroll and HRIS project manager with 3-5 years of payroll processing experience in UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro). They can lead end-to-end UKG configuration improvements, streamline workflows, implement API integrations and file feeds, and run UAT with strong stakeholder communication.
