About this role
This role is responsible for territory sales and customer support for Stryker’s Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio in North/North West UK. The Territory Sales Manager provides expert clinical support, delivers education and training, supports live cases, and collaborates on strategic growth plans with internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales results in line with the annual sales target
- Provide expert clinical support on interventional neurovascular procedures
- Act as subject matter expert for AIS portfolio (anatomy, imaging, device usage, workflow optimisation, patient pathway improvement)
- Design and deliver education programmes including simulation training
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical champions to drive adoption
Technical Overview
The technical scope is clinical and procedural support for interventional neurovascular cases, including AIS portfolio subject-matter expertise across anatomy, imaging, device usage, and workflow optimisation. It also includes planning and delivering training (workshops and simulation) and supporting device set-up and operator training during live cases in-lab and hybrid theatre settings.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a med-tech sales professional with territory ownership for the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio who can deliver both sales results and hands-on clinical support in interventional neurovascular procedures. They are experienced in running clinical education, supporting live cases, engaging KOLs and clinical champions, and working within UK/EU medical device regulations and NHS procurement frameworks.
