Test Help Desk Technician II providing Level 1 IT support with remote capabilities; handles imaging, endpoint deployment, and basic triage using Intune/Deployment Toolkit and RMM tools.

  • Front-line IT support and issue logging
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues
  • Monitor alerts and respond accordingly
  • Provide hardware, software, telecom, printing, and network support
  • Set up and troubleshoot endpoint devices and printers

Imaging and deployment of Windows/mac endpoints using Intune/Deployment Toolkit, remote and on-call support, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, hardware and printer support, endpoint management.
