About this role
Test Help Desk Technician II providing Level 1 IT support with remote capabilities; handles imaging, endpoint deployment, and basic triage using Intune/Deployment Toolkit and RMM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-line IT support and issue logging
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues
- Monitor alerts and respond accordingly
- Provide hardware, software, telecom, printing, and network support
- Set up and troubleshoot endpoint devices and printers
Technical Overview
Imaging and deployment of Windows/mac endpoints using Intune/Deployment Toolkit, remote and on-call support, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, hardware and printer support, endpoint management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT help desk professional with hands-on experience in endpoint hardware, imaging, and basic network troubleshooting, familiar with Intune/MDT-like tooling and remote support.
