Floor Supervisor at The North Face will direct, develop and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while supporting profitability through operations and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and store productivity goals
- Engage customers in conversation around The North Face products and local events
- Supervise floor coverage and opening/closing store
- Provide training and ongoing development of staff in customer engagement and all company programs
- Support Store Manager in achieving financial and operational objectives including expense control, Loss Prevention, store audits, and weekly reporting
