About this role
Therapist for inpatient behavioral health at Quail Run Hospital in Phoenix, providing behavioral health services across adolescent to geriatric populations, with opportunities across inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement treatment goals as part of interdisciplinary team
- Provide patient care, observation, and role modeling
- Define and implement program-level services
- Support discharge planning and ongoing care coordination
- Continue education and clinical supervision
Technical Overview
Clinical psychologist/counseling frameworks applied in an inpatient psychiatry setting; master’s-prepared clinicians frequently collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; focus on comprehensive treatment planning and crisis management.
Ideal Candidate
A behavioral health therapist with a master's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of mental health experience, licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona. Must be able to obtain Level 1 fingerprint clearance within 30 days and be comfortable working across inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings.
