About this role
Thrift & Retirement Analyst supports thrift plan administration and related plans by handling day-to-day operations, data reporting, and audits; collaborates with internal partners and third-party providers, including Workday HRIS and recordkeepers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as subject matter expert for the Thrift Plan
- Ensures plan administration in compliance with provisions and laws
- Reconciles contributions and loan payments
- Monitors IRS contribution limits and communicates with employees
- Establishes relationships with third-party partners and assists with audits
Technical Overview
Utilizes Workday and HRIS to manage contributions, financial statements, and compliance data; conducts data analysis and prepares reporting for audits.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a part-time HR professional with 2+ years in Total Rewards, Workday HRIS experience, and strong data reporting skills to support thrift/retirement plan administration.
