About this role
Tier 1 IT Support Specialist role focusing on first contact resolution for end users, handling OSs and application issues, and coordinating with IT teams to ensure prompt service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for technology requests and incidents; provide remote and onsite support for devices; support Microsoft 365 applications and Exchange; set up and deploy workstations; document tickets and escalate as needed
Technical Overview
Endpoint support across Windows, Mac OS, and Linux; Office 365 and Exchange; AD; DNS/DHCP; on-site and remote troubleshooting; ticketing
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT Help Desk professional with strong customer service and basic IT knowledge, capable of supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux endpoints in a Tampa-area on-site environment. Experience with Office 365 and AD/Exchange is a plus; comfortable working in a fast-paced MSP-like setting.
