Tier 1 IT Support Specialist role focusing on first contact resolution for end users, handling OSs and application issues, and coordinating with IT teams to ensure prompt service delivery.

  • Serve as the first line of support for technology requests and incidents; provide remote and onsite support for devices; support Microsoft 365 applications and Exchange; set up and deploy workstations; document tickets and escalate as needed
