Tier 1 Systems Administrator providing on-site IT support in Tampa, assisting with infrastructure maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and DevOps-oriented activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and tools
- Upgrade/install/configure hardware and software
- Implement security protocols
- Create/manage user accounts and access control
- Document processes and backups
Technical Overview
On-site administration across Linux/Windows/macOS environments with scripting (Bash/Python), Jira usage, IDEs, and basic DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate is an entry- to junior-level systems administrator comfortable on-site in Tampa with strong Linux/Windows/macOS familiarity, scripting in Bash or Python, and Jira experience, eager to grow in a DevOps environment.
