Key Responsibilities

Technical Overview
Supports MFPs, IT hardware, and software troubleshooting, with knowledge of Windows 7/10, Mac, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT support technician with at least 2 years of helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with Windows and Mac hardware and software.
