Technical Overview
Hands-on administration of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and SonicWall devices. Uses ConnectWise for PSA/ticketing and works within MSP environments with N-able/NinjaRMM tooling.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Tier 2 IT technician with hands-on Windows Server and AD experience, MSP background, and strong remote support capabilities. They should excel at diagnosing complex issues, managing Ticketing/ PSA workflows, and handling on-site visits with a customer-first mindset.
