Timberland is seeking an Associate Footwear Developer to support prototype development and ensure samples meet cost targets. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, maintaining PLM data, and gaining exposure to various stages of last, upper, and mold development.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level footwear developer with 1-3 years of footwear development experience, strong 3D CAD and mold/last development skills, and the ability to manage prototype samples and PLM data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
