About this role

This role leads maintenance operations for an Amazon site, overseeing Area Maintenance Managers and their teams. You will develop preventative maintenance programs, manage budgets and capital plans, and respond to emergencies while enforcing safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Area Maintenance Managers and teams of service technicians and automation engineers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols in partnership with site Safety leadership
  • Manage capital spending plans, perform cost analysis, and coordinate external contractors
  • Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives
