About this role
Training & Quality Control Specialist to support a federal background investigations program, developing training, maintaining quality metrics, and managing investigator documentation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, job aids, and SOPs for investigators and program staff
- Track and manage all required trainings to ensure compliance
- Deliver training sessions (virtual/in-person) for onboarding and development
- Identify performance gaps and provide targeted training
- Manage and review investigator invoices/vouchers for accuracy
Technical Overview
Role blends instructional design with QA/QC for a federal program; responsibilities include creating training materials, SOPs, and tracking trainings; working with program management and security teams; requires TS clearance.
