Functional Deployment Lead - Quality Management supports global deployment of SAP QM within the Transcend program, ensuring end-to-end quality and regulatory compliance across Source, Make, and Deliver.

Technical Overview
SAP QM within SAP S/4HANA, integration with NextGen QS, BRH/GBT concepts, CSV validation, batch record workflows, and GxP-compliant release processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP QM deployment expert with 2+ years in GxP-regulated manufacturing, strong leadership, and a track record of SAP implementations. They should possess a university degree in a related field and be capable of overseeing global QM deployments, including NextGen QS integrations and BRH/GBT concepts.
Must-Have Skills
A minimum two years professional experienceUniversity degree or equivalent experience in QualityEngineeringLife Sciencesor a related discipline.Extensive experience in Quality Management processes within GxP-regulated manufacturing environments.Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM)including batch managementinspection processesnon-conformance handlingand release workflows.Proven experience leading or supporting SAP implementations subject to Computer System Validation (CSV) and regulatory inspection.Demonstrated people-management experience with accountability for functional delivery and quality outcomes.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience integrating SAP QM with NextGen QSLIMSor electronic batch record platforms.Experience with Global Batch Traceability (GBT) and/or Batch Record Hub (BRH) concepts or implementations.Prior involvement in global ERP transformations within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
