Transfer Agency Associate II supports TA SHS operations, processing investor-level transactions and delivering client reporting while managing SLAs and KPIs. The role involves working with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and reporting investor-level transactions (purchases, distributions, transfers, redemptions) and money movement
Working with clients, broker-dealers, and vendors to provide operational support
Managing client SLAs and internal/external KPIs
Collaborating with other Transfer Agency units and internal departments
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
