This role sells Stryker Trauma products through intensive field-based customer engagement with surgeons and healthcare professionals. You work in operating/emergency room settings, manage inventory, provide product advice and training, and comply with AdvaMed privacy and responsibility principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker Trauma products
- Become resident trauma expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Manage and maintain product inventory and assist customers as needed
- Provide advice and training on products and tools
- Adhere to AdvaMed compliance and maintain privacy/confidentiality
Technical Overview
You will execute medical device sales using MSOffice suite and databases to support sales activity management. The job focuses on relationship-driven selling and product demonstration within emergency/operating room environments, while meeting AdvaMed compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a sales professional with at least a Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of clinical healthcare/sales experience, comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments. They can demonstrate and sell medical products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, manage inventory effectively, and maintain AdvaMed compliance through strict privacy and confidentiality practices.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environmentsMust adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed)Knowledge of principles and methods for showingpromotingand selling products or services
