Treasury Analyst I supports governance and controls across Treasury, including governance routines, regulatory interactions, and ALCO materials. The role involves producing executive-ready materials, supporting audits, and coordinating with risk and compliance teams in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain governance repository; organize documentation, tracking approvals
Prepare ALCO materials and Board-level materials
Consolidate Senior Management and Board materials; respond to ad hoc requests
Support audits by compiling documentation and evidence
Communicate across Treasury and control functions

Technical Overview

Focus on governance processes, reporting, documentation, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level Treasury Analyst with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, a solid interest in governance, risk, and ALCO reporting, and the ability to work in a hybrid Charlotte-based role supporting senior management and the Board.
