Tyler Munis ERP Analyst responsible for Munis ERP administration, upgrades, integrations, and reporting; supports HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Tyler Munis System Administration
- Manage updates, patches, upgrades, and environment refreshes
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Tyler Technologies
- Maintain user roles, permissions, security settings, and workflow configurations
- Assist with report development using Crystal Reports, SQL, SSRS
Technical Overview
Munis ERP administration with Crystal Reports/SSRS, SQL scripting and data analysis, API/flat-file integrations, ITIL-aligned service management; disaster recovery planning.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level ERP Analyst with Tyler Munis experience, strong reporting (Crystal Reports/SSRS) and SQL, able to manage Munis modules and integrations in a nonprofit setting.
