Key Responsibilities

Tyler Munis System Administration
Manage updates, patches, upgrades, and environment refreshes
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Tyler Technologies
Maintain user roles, permissions, security settings, and workflow configurations
Assist with report development using Crystal Reports, SQL, SSRS
