About this role
The UI Developer is an intermediate applications developer responsible for contributing to new or revised front-end systems in coordination with the technology team. The role focuses on building UI components using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of front-end development to identify and implement necessary system enhancements; Consult with users and stakeholders on issues and design solutions; Apply knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to build UI; Ensure security and vulnerability considerations during development; Collaborate with mid-level analysts and stakeholders
Technical Overview
Hands-on front-end development using React or Angular, with strong tooling in Git, NPM, and Chrome DevTools. API design and development experience is a plus; the role works in a hybrid environment in Tampa.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level frontend engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience building UI features in JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), strong HTML/CSS skills, and a track record of delivering front-end solutions in a banking environment.
