About this role

Own the end-to-end user experience for Xenios across web and mobile platforms in an equity-based contract role. Design intuitive, elegant, human-centered interfaces that turn AI-driven workflows into usable experiences, and collaborate with engineers to bring them to production.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile applications
Lead UI/UX design from concept to production
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Establish and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system
Conduct user research and usability testing; ensure accessibility and consistency

Technical Overview

Design AI-powered coaching interfaces including conversational and personalized experiences. Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, build and maintain a scalable design system, and deliver developer-ready design specifications while validating through user research and usability testing.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level UI/UX Designer who can own end-to-end UX across web and mobile platforms. They are strong in wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, and they build scalable design systems while conducting user research and usability testing. They can also translate AI-driven workflows into intuitive, accessible, developer-ready designs.
