About this role
As a Unit Manager for Construction Liability, you lead a Specialty BI Inside claims team responsible for product quality and performance. You will guide direct reports through frequent claim file review, develop strategic file management plans, and ensure proper assignment and quality of claim handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Specialty BI Inside claim professionals to deliver product quality and performance
- Provide continuous management involvement with frequent claim file review
- Select, lead, mentor, performance manage and develop staff
- Develop and execute a strategic file management plan for optimal file resolution
- Review new notices and ensure claims are assigned to staff with appropriate skill sets and conduct quality file reviews
