Key Responsibilities
- Translating business objectives into comprehensive telephony solution strategies for enterprise customers
- Partnering with Sales Engineers, UCaaS Advisors, and specialists to align technical recommendations with customer needs
- Collaborating with product, architecture, and quality teams to test and validate new telephony features before production release
- Demonstrating advanced UCaaS and CCaaS solutions to technical and executive audiences
- Mentoring team members on advanced telephony concepts and best practices
Technical Overview
Deep telephony and networking expertise with UCaaS/CCaaS, experience in PoCs, demonstrations, and technical documentation; capable of influencing product roadmaps and providing sales enablement.
