IT Recruitment Coordinator (remote) handles sourcing, resume formatting, interview scheduling, and client follow-ups for U.S. IT staffing; basic IT knowledge provided; remote work from India.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates and match them to U.S. IT job roles
- Modify and optimize resumes based on job descriptions
- Submit profiles, schedule interviews, and manage follow-ups
- Maintain trackers and coordinate with candidates and clients regularly
