About this role

The UAT Analyst will plan, manage, and execute user acceptance testing for a commercial online banking platform. The role ensures features meet requirements, perform reliably, and are production-ready, partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end UAT for commercial online banking capabilities
  • Develop UAT test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
  • Create, execute, and document test scripts in JIRA/Confluence
  • Validate test results and provide UAT sign-off
  • Triage defects and collaborate with Technology, Product, and vendors to resolve issues

Technical Overview

Scope includes UAT strategy, test plan/script creation in JIRA/Confluence, defect triage and regression testing, and sign-off for release readiness within Agile/hybrid environments; familiarity with banking product suites like cash management, payments, and reporting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level UAT Analyst with 3+ years of UAT/QA for digital banking, strong test-script development, defect management, and Agile/hybrid delivery experience in banking environments.
