About this role
Spa Component is seeking a User Experience Researcher to lead user research initiatives that inform product design for web and mobile experiences. The role combines study planning, execution, and analysis with translating insights into artifacts like personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research studies
- Develop research strategies (usability testing, interviews, surveys, field studies)
- Translate research findings into design improvements with cross-functional teams
- Create personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze web analytics using Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics
Technical Overview
You will perform mixed-method user research (qualitative and quantitative) and support iterative design with tools such as InVision, Figma, Axure, and Adobe XD. You will also run A/B testing and analyze web analytics using Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics, with a working understanding of front-end concepts and RESTful APIs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a UX Researcher with experience running qualitative and quantitative user research in Agile environments. They can design and execute usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies, then synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product teams. They are skilled with UX tools like Figma and InVision and comfortable analyzing results using A/B testing and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics.
