Salesforce seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end design across web, mobile, and tablet; must influence the UX vision, partner with cross-functional teams, and own multiple interfaces while advocating for design patterns and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Influence and communicate the UX vision to a wide variety of key stakeholders
Build strong partnerships across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
Solve complex UX design problems across web, mobile and tablet
Collaborate closely with product owners/managers to validate assumptions through user testing and research
Own various web and mobile application interfaces

Technical Overview

Expert in UX tools (Figma, Sketch, PhotoShop, Illustrator); strong user research and analytics foundation; experience with design systems and CRM/enterprise software; operates in an agile product development milieu; intent on delivering consistent cross-platform experiences.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior UX designer with 4-10 years of end-to-end product design experience in cross-functional teams, proficient in Figma/Sketch/PhotoShop/Illustrator, and with strong UX methods, design systems experience, and CRM/enterprise software exposure. Experience with data visualization and Agile practices is highly valued.
