About this role
This role is responsible for designing UX content and content strategies that improve user experiences across Expedia loyalty and connected membership areas. You will apply information architecture techniques and UX writing to build accessible, scalable content for onboarding, education, transactions, and notifications.

- Design content-first, accessible UX content solutions
- Develop product content strategies and blend UX writing with storytelling
- Apply information architecture (content modeling and mapping) and UI frameworks
- Audit, analyze, structure, create, and present UX content
- Partner across teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences
Technical Overview
The technical scope is primarily UX/content design: content strategy, UX writing, storytelling, and information architecture using content modeling and mapping, along with UI frameworks for scalable solutions. You will audit, analyze, and structure UX content across end-to-end product journeys.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Content Designer III with strong UX writing and content strategy skills, able to design content-first, end-to-end experiences for product journeys. They have deep experience with information architecture (content modeling and mapping) and can audit and structure UX content for loyalty and connected membership experiences while ensuring clarity, consistency, usability, and accessibility.
