About this role
UX designer to support a portfolio of IT services products, focusing on usable, accessible interfaces and prototyping for rapid iteration and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive design jams and ideation sessions to flush out project details and steer stakeholder alignment.
- Develop design collateral, including design concepts, storyboards, personas, journey and process maps.
- Integrate stakeholders in a collaborative design process to refine wireframes and design specifications.
- Leverage research partners to develop understanding of customer mental models, validate design concepts, and evaluate shipped designs.
- Participate in understanding customer experiences.
Technical Overview
Hands-on experience with standard design tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision) and WCAG accessibility principles; ability to translate research into wireframes and drag-and-drop prototypes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level UX designer with 3+ years of design experience, strong prototyping skills, and a strong foundation in WCAG accessibility and information architecture to support a global employee experience.
