About this role
The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist acquires additional dealership inventory by purchasing customer vehicles through the We'll Buy Your Car program. The role engages incoming leads across phone, internet, and walk-in traffic, schedules appointments for appraisals, inspects vehicles onsite, and makes offers with the goal of same-day payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leads via AutoNation and third-party websites
- Identify and engage private parties looking to sell their vehicle
- Set up appointments for customers to visit for an appraisal
- Execute the We'll Buy Your Car Same-Day Payment process
- Review vehicle condition reports and inspect vehicles onsite
