Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate vehicle replacement reports using online research and internal systems
- Provide Level One support by assisting clients with new replacement requests or updates
- Answer client questions and clearly explain report content
- Document and escalate issues to Tier 2 for timely resolution
- Participate in ongoing training and maintain compliance documentation
Technical Overview
Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and mobile apps; strong math and analytical abilities; remote work setup in Canada.
