Versuchsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Agrartechnik - Felderprobung Traktor

This role performs and supports tractor field testing (Felderprobung) by operating test machines, executing test assignments, and documenting results. The Versuchsmitarbeiter also maintains and repairs trial equipment and serves as a central contact for testing partners, including occasional work abroad.

• Develop and evaluate landtechnical solutions with cross-functional partners
• Operate trial machines independently and execute testing assignments in-country and abroad
• Implement field testing content into operating processes of test farms/sites
• Document test deployments and orders carefully using AVT documentation tools
• Maintain and repair trial machines; regularly inspect relevant vehicle components

The work centers on agricultural engineering field trials, requiring hands-on mechanical/electrical understanding for engines, hydraulics, and electronics. The role includes test execution, careful documentation using AVT documentation tools, and preventive maintenance/repairs of trial machines and vehicle components.

The ideal candidate is a mechanically trained agricultural/industrial technician with long-term experience operating and repairing modern-generation tractors and test machines. They have hands-on troubleshooting skills across engines, hydraulics, and electronics and can reliably document field trials using the provided tools (e.g., AVT), including completing testing assignments in Germany and abroad.
