BNY is seeking a Vice President, AI Product Owner to lead AI product strategy and roadmap for its Credit Services team. The role will drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, partner cross-functionally to deliver AI-enabled solutions, and measure outcomes using KPIs/OKRs while ensuring governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and continuously refine AI product strategy and roadmap for Credit Services
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery and requirements to delivery, scaling, and iteration
  • Partner with Engineering, Credit Risk, and Operations to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions
  • Establish and track product KPIs/OKRs to demonstrate value
  • Ensure robust risk management and governance across the AI product lifecycle

Technical Overview

The technical scope centers on AI product planning and lifecycle execution, including feasibility validation, acceptance criteria, scaling, and iterative improvement.
